May 2023 Giveaway Terms & Conditions

  1. Eligibility: This giveaway ("Giveaway") is open to all participants who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry, except for employees of DualMint Limited and Caskells Limited, its affiliated companies, and their immediate family members or persons living in the same household. This Giveaway is void where prohibited or restricted by law.

  2. Agreement to Rules: By participating, the entrant agrees to abide by these Terms & Conditions and the decisions of DualMint Limited, which are final and binding in all respects.

  3. Giveaway Period: The Giveaway begins on April 24, 2023 and ends on May 31, 2023 ("Giveaway Period"). Entries submitted before or after the Giveaway Period will not be eligible.

  4. How to Enter: Entrants must follow the instructions provided in the Giveaway announcement on the respective social media platform. Entries that are incomplete, illegible, or corrupted are void and will not be accepted.

  5. Prizes: The winner(s) of the Giveaway will receive the prize(s) described in the Giveaway announcement. No cash or other prize substitution is allowed except at the discretion of DualMint Limited. The prize is non-transferable.

  6. Winner Selection and Notification: The winner(s) will be selected by a random drawing under the supervision of DualMint Limited after the Giveaway Period. The winner(s) will be notified via direct message on the respective social media platform within five (5) days following the winner selection. DualMint Limited is not responsible for any delay or failure to receive notification for any reason, including inactive account(s), technical difficulties, or the winner's failure to adequately monitor their account.

  7. Rights Granted by Entrant: By entering this Giveaway, the entrant grants DualMint Limited permission to use their name, likeness, and entry for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.

  8. Terms & Conditions: DualMint Limited reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Giveaway should a virus, bug, non-authorized human intervention, fraud, or other cause beyond DualMint Limited's control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the Giveaway. DualMint Limited is not responsible for any injury or damage to entrants' or any other person's computer related to or resulting from participating in the Giveaway.

  9. Disputes: Any dispute arising from this Giveaway will be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by arbitration. Entrants agree to indemnify and hold harmless DualMint Limited from any and all liability arising out of or relating in any way to entrant's participation in the Giveaway and to release all rights to bring any claim, action, or proceeding against DualMint Limited.

  11. Sponsor: The Sponsor of the Giveaway is DualMint Limited, Hong Kong. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn or any other social media platform where the Giveaway may be promoted.
